Resume Mining Service
When you order our Resume Mining Service, you will receive at least 20 of the most current and qualified candidates available on our Resume Partners.
We guarantee that each Candidate and Resume:
1 - Will be qualified based on the experience and education preferences the
employer enters on the Job Post Form
2 - Will be open to the position’s salary range
3 - Will be interested in the location of employment.
If CV Miners is unable to find 20 candidates within 5 days who match the above criteria, then we will refund $25 for each candidate not delivered. For example, if we can only find 10 candidates who meet above criteria, then we will refund to the employer $250. If we can only find 1 candidate, then we will refund to employer $475. When more than 20 candidates are identified, employer still only pays $500.
Employer reserves the right to reasonably reject any candidate it believes is not a match with above criteria. Please Contact US ASAP after receiving the resume if any candidate is not a match with above criteria.
Sunk Cost Discount
For each additional service an employer orders, we will discount the price of that service by the amount already paid. For example, if after ordering a $50 job post the employer requests our $500 Basic Resume Mining service, then the cost will be only $450. ($500-$50) . Discount only applies to services related to filling same position. This allows employers to attempt to fill the position for the lowest costs, while lowering the costs involved in increasing quality interviews.

Each placement by CV Miners comes with an unconditional Forty-five day unconditional money-back guarantee on all candidates placed. If for ANY reason the candidate’s employment ends within Forty-five days of the start date, we will replace the candidate within thirty days or no fee is owed.
